what the HELL is her purpose, huh?
i'm talking about two people in particular. mainly it's about my FUCKED UP Paper 8 literature tutor. What is her purpose on earth? Can somebody enlighten me? This is the beginning of my June hols but (of course) I didn't pass any 'A' Level subjects, so i got to go back to school during the 2nd and 3rd week everyday for self-study in the library from 9am - 12pm. WHAT THE FUCK??! i know it's for my own good, but seriously i don't live near the school and i might as well study at home. then about my bitch of a literature tutor, she's so damn greedy that she took up all the slots of available time and space on our timetable. a total of 8 lessons.. and they amount to more than 20 hours of her ranting and raving. She's so bossy, bitchy, unreasonable, fat, just an unhappy single woman who's going to die a horrible death (that one i curse upon her). her expectations are one of ultimate perfection and nothing less. you don't obey her, you're dead meat.
i swear i hope she steps out of her house and gets knocked down by a ten ton lorry. SCREW HER.
the other person is my best friend. sorry,i'm complaining so much, but i'm tired and cranky and this whole year is a total curse upon me. she's doing her two-faced personality again. she only comes and talks to me, is nice to me, and actually acknowledges me when our third friend (always remember the trio) is not there or busy with something else. that's why i'm avoiding them as much as possible and hanging out with my other classmates instead. i think they're less "marginalising". i even hang out with my ex and his two buddies and i feel sooo much more accepted and comfortable in their company. they're really cool and funny guys, in their own way i guess.
well, i think my best friend is always my sister. i really love her. hee~~...and my hamster, Fluffy, too no doubt! guess what, even my ex got a hamster from his friends during Talentime. aww... so cute! now he talks about his hamster quite a bit, so we call him "Mr. Hamster" (er, my ex i mean). hahaha...
well, i'm going to chill my Saturday afternoon away until we go for dinner. wee.. (and off i go..) ;-)

who doesn't love those deep eyes, manicured goatee, and wavy brown mop of hair? mmm-mmmm... YUMMY! too bad he played a pretty immature role in 'Troy'. guess you better sit down, shut up and look handsome for the girls Bloom... :-(
my first week of REAL slackiness
well, this update is mainly because of a friend (SAMUEL!!!) who was bugging me to update this place, so this is it. hehe... well, this is my first week that i have not done any studying or homework in a LONG time. it feels damn good. i just go home, nap, take a shower, eat dinner, watch tv until bedtime (or until there's nothing more interesting to watch). wish my life was like this everyday... hmm..
well, American Idol finale is on tonight, and a friend of mine had to spoil it for me in school. since america had the results broadcasted last night, the result is already all over the internet, and our GP tutor had to open his big mouth. grr.. I'm glad that Fantasia Barrino won! she's been my fave throughout the competion so, it's really cool that she made it. Diana Degarmo is okay i guess, but at 16, i doubt she's fully matured her voice. though, i have to respect her, and admire her courage to go on stage week after week to take the crap and praises alike, from none other than the famously notorious Simon Cowell.
well, we made up own unofficial "Achilles Fan Club". OOoooo... he's so HOTT! jeez... wonder how long this fever is going to take to die down. hopefully, not soon! ;-)

Achilles!!! Save me like your lover!
I can't stand it.. Brad Pitt as Achilles is God's gift to me as a very sinful distraction. :-P i get all high and it's orgasmic enough just thinking of the scenes, and seeing the movie poster... Lynns! i want to watch it again.. boo-hoo!! he could sooo send me into overdrive and insane with hormonal rage... WOOO!! ;-)
i just watched Shrek 2 with my sis this afternoon, and the Troy movie posters were surrounding me like a plague... not that i'm complaining! i actually went up to one and kind of 'stuck' myself to it, of course embarrassing my sis in the process, haha. but i didn't care less... it's Pitt as Achilles... oozing with rippling muscles, tight torso, sweat, dirt... he can steal my womanhood any day!
but seriously, though the plot doesn't tally with the actual myth too much, it still manages to hold it's own ground, and pass off as a pretty good, credible piece of work. excellent cast, Hector is beautifully played by Eric Bana (who also owns a pair of very tight chest muscles 'like pillows' - as quoted from a MALE friend of mine). see even guys dig the guys... err, okay, not like that. quit thinking dirty. you know what i mean.
anyway, i managed to shop in town today after 2 months of abstinence. phew! felt really good and satisfying. but Achilles sneaking into my room right now, and being my personal male stripper would be satisfying enough, heh.

i feel the thirst
thirst for what? thirst for freedom from stress. for love. i suddenly miss my ex-boyfriends. 2 in particular. i won't brag on about who exactly they are. but my point has been made.
and my mid-year exams are here and i'm feeling all this stress around me. like i'm being suffocated by it everyday i wake up. everywhere i walk, every inhale. i can't carry this burden for long. but i'm doing my best. if only mummy and daddy could see. right through my hard eyes... and into my weak soul.
i'm doing this for them. not for me. i want them to be proud of me. unlike before. i want to be somebody in their eyes.

i want to join the undead
i just watched "Van Helsing" and it was soooo worth the $$ man. *AAAAAAAaaaahhhh!!!* i've always been intrigued by the underworld, the undead. especially vampires. if i had the chance to become a creature of the undead or something supernatural, it would definitely be a vampire. c'mon, look at it this way... you get to sleep all day, pig out at night, stay beautiful for eternity, have the ability to seduce any man you want PLUS dump them without getting the post-emotional trauma that we humans call "misery". how cool is that? and if you have seen "Underworld", where Kate Beckinsale plays a pretty thing in tight leather with handy fangs, she can kick ass and jump from tall buildings effortlessly. i want to be a vampire!!!
jeez, that sounded immature. :-P speaking *ahem* maturely, honestly, the producer (Sommer) did an excellent job of reinventing and spicing up classic creatures, like Dracula, Frankenstein's Monster and Wolfman (aka the Werewolf). the CGI and special FX were top notch and the action scenes were crisp and slick. too bad he didn't put in this much effort in to his two previous productions "The Mummy" and "The Mummy Returns". i think if he did, they'd be a much bigger hit. if i could give this movie 6 stars i would. 'nuff said. this movie is my fave movie of the year, despite it only being the month of May.
well, i plan not to go to school tomorrow due to the fact that i got to catch up with my mugging for next week's mid-year exam. i know i'm going to flunk, because i'm only starting tomorrow (!!!) but still, at least i'll only feel 75% guilty. pointless and lame right? i thought so... -_-
but today felt like a good day. hugh jackman made my day. heheh.

one of those rare, a little better days
today wasn't SO bad. it was tolerable. i guess. we (me, my best friend and our close friend - remember the 'trio'?) skipped malay and walked all the way to Jurong Point. then we just plopped ourselves down at Coffe Bean & Co. from 2+ till 6.45pm. we chatted and chatted about our future, our past. funnily enough, not our present. we totally ignored what was in store for us probably tomorrow. even next week. or even our mid-year exams. we laughed till we cried and i never felt a little liberated like that in a long time. even if it's a just a pinch of it.
my mom's away in Thailand till Friday evening. and i'm craving for chocolate. again. jeez, the agony of temptation. i just had a brownie at Coffee Bean...with oozing chocolate fudge top. warm and nutty... AAAaaahhh!... i think i'm a choco-holic. seriously. it's like i need my fix of chocolate everyday. any form of it... heh.
but i love that part of me. even if i don't live for anybody, or anything else - there's always chocolate, my eternal friend.
