The signal is subtle
We pass just close enough to touch
No questions, no answers
We know by now to say enough
With only simple words
With only subtle turns
The things we feel alone for one another
There is a secret that we keep
I won't sleep if you won't sleep
Because tonight may be the last chance we'll be given
We are compelled to do what we must do
We are compelled to do what we have been forbidden
So I won't sleep if you won't sleep tonight

shall we dance?... i do wanna
today's in-class movie screening was "Shall We Dance?" i've been wanting to watch it, so now i don't have to fork out any money to rent the video. but if i knew it was that touching and romantic, i would've paid for it anyways. in a heart beat. at the end, i really wanted to cry, but i had to force myself to hold back because i didn't want anyone to see me all blotchy when the lights were switched on again. it was such an "awwww..." type of film. if you know what i mean. heh.
it made me miss dancing so much. i just felt like shaking my booty or cha-cha-ing after the lights went on. and the scene at the end where mr and mrs clark were dancing in their kitchen and ended up kissing over the stove, was, yes, cliche, but the most sweetest gesture. i wish i could do that one day. i should've watched the movie when it came out. but at least, better late than never. :-)
lately, i've been missing You so much. too much. i just want You to be with me so i can show You how much. because words are becoming fewer. while my heart beats stronger. and it doesn't help that i'm so close to You everyday, yet so far. :-(
