The signal is subtle
We pass just close enough to touch
No questions, no answers
We know by now to say enough
With only simple words
With only subtle turns
The things we feel alone for one another
There is a secret that we keep
I won't sleep if you won't sleep
Because tonight may be the last chance we'll be given
We are compelled to do what we must do
We are compelled to do what we have been forbidden
So I won't sleep if you won't sleep tonight

numb legs
one advice i have to offer for lazy bums, pigs, couch potatoes and slackers... if you want to start exercising out of a sudden, take it easy. regardless of what people say, don't over drive your weak body. it's invigorating, yes. but the post-pain that you feel afer that, your body will not forgive you for. i repeat NOT forgive you.
i've not been regular in my exercises at all since i started my higher diploma. and now i pay the price. i swam 20 laps yesterday evening. and that felt pretty good. refreshing, the water was lukearm, since it was going to rain. but i felt a wee bit tired. then at 7.30 a.m. this morning, i went for 1 and a half hours of Ashtanga Yoga at Bt Timah Hill.
i can tell you that my legs are officially NUMB. i'm useless at walking. let alone going up and down the short flights of stairs in my own house. -_-
someone carry me! but on the other hand, i'd do it all over again. i feel less sluggish and "sloppy". wee. ^_^
i'll sort this out. i will. i will. i will.
