The signal is subtle
We pass just close enough to touch
No questions, no answers
We know by now to say enough
With only simple words
With only subtle turns
The things we feel alone for one another
There is a secret that we keep
I won't sleep if you won't sleep
Because tonight may be the last chance we'll be given
We are compelled to do what we must do
We are compelled to do what we have been forbidden
So I won't sleep if you won't sleep tonight

great-ful
things are slowly taking a turn for the better - i hesitate saying "good", for the fear that i may jinx this turn of events.
i'm forever grateful to the APC for giving me a second chance and allowing me to continue my final year. and without my mom around for the CNY holidays, it's starting to feel more like home. :) (yes, you read right)
the countdown to eric's departure is closing in on the single digits, and that calls for more binge-trips and meet-ups with the crew before he's gone!
on a side note, here's a rather amusing & entertaining photo of my sis just before we got to painting her room purple and grey (now, let me clarify that it turned out really beautiful, although the 2 colours sound rather odd together). enjoy!
fyi, her room's the one to the left of the photo. and yes, she's wearing plastic gloves, a mask that was from the SARS "era", ski goggles and a shower cap. LOL!
